Local tourist tax payable to the municipality is 3.20 PLN per person.

A reservation is confirmed by a deposit payment of 30 percent of the total stay cost. The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival.

The deposit is non refundable.

If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the reservation will be cancelled.

When making a reservation, please inform us if you require an invoice.

To receive a VAT invoice for the advance payment, please provide your VAT number and the full billing address.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

Check in starts at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out ends at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.

Frying fish inside the cottages is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed upstairs.

Guests are required to clean up after their dogs.

Washing pets in the shower is not permitted.

The property is not responsible for items left in the cottages.

Any issues regarding equipment or cottage furnishings should be reported at reception.

Fire safety rules must be observed at all times.

All cottage equipment belongs to the property. Guests will be charged for any missing items at the end of their stay.

Only guests registered at reception are allowed to stay in the cottages.

Free parking is available for guests on the property.

A travel cot and high chair are available upon prior reservation.

We kindly ask guests to take good care of the cottages so that we can always welcome you in comfortable and well maintained conditions.
